Cricketiks began with a simple observation: in Dubai, cricket is everywhere — in parks, on school grounds, in free spaces where children and adults gather just to play. Yet many of these players lacked proper coaching, structure, or access to a safe training environment. Talent was visible, but guidance was missing.
The idea of creating Cricketiks was born during a weekend pickup game. One of our founders noticed a young boy practicing alone, copying professional players from memory. He had talent, but no one to teach him the right technique. A short conversation with his parents revealed the same frustration shared by many families: "We want him to learn from professionals, but there are no accessible, structured programs nearby."
That moment became the turning point.
Cricketiks started as a small initiative — a few rented hours on a local field, one coach, six students, and a big dream. Word spread quickly. Players brought their friends, parents recommended us to other parents, and soon we grew into a full academy.
Today, Cricketiks is a training center where:
- children discover discipline, teamwork, and confidence,
- adults refine their skills or return to the game they once loved,
- coaches mentor players with passion and experience.
Despite the growth, our mission hasn't changed:
to create a space where anyone — regardless of age or skill level — can learn cricket, improve, and enjoy the game.
Every session still carries that same energy as the very first one: real learning, real progress, real passion for cricket.
