2. Services Provided

Cricketiks offers:

• Cricket training sessions for adults and children,
• Individual coaching and group coaching,
• Skill development programs and practice sessions.

Training schedules, pricing, and program details may change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To participate in our programs:

• Children must have parental or legal guardian consent.
• Adults must be at least 18 years old.
• Participants must be physically capable of engaging in sports activities.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet safety requirements.

4. Registration & Booking

To register or book a training session:

• You must submit accurate personal information via the website or contact form.
• Registration is confirmed only after payment (if required).
• Providing false or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation without a refund.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payments must be completed before training begins (unless otherwise agreed).
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• No refunds are provided for missed sessions or late cancellations.
• Refunds for prepaid programs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Health, Risk & Participant Responsibility

Cricket training is a physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You (or your child) are medically fit to engage in sports training.
• You participate at your own risk.

Cricketiks is not responsible for:

• personal injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions,
• medical conditions not disclosed before training.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children during sessions if present at the facility.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• follow all instructions provided by the coaching staff,
• treat coaches and other participants with respect,
• use facilities and equipment safely and responsibly.

We may suspend or remove participants from the program without refund if they behave in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

8. Personal Belongings

Cricketiks is not responsible for:

• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to training.

Please do not leave valuables unattended.

9. Media & Photography Consent

During training sessions, Cricketiks may take photos or short videos to be used:

• on social media,
• on the website,
• for marketing materials.

If you do not agree to photos or videos being taken, please notify us in writing at info@cricketiks.com.
